No artificial protective coatings such as lacquers or polyurethanes are used on De Venieri products.
Natural waxes are used to add luster in the polishing process and serve as an inhibitor to further oxidation or darkening. Periodic re-waxing is not required but is often routinely done to perpetuate the desired luster. |
